Naval Shipboard Communications Training

The Challenge: Our client had a 2D browser-based training application for the Secure Voice System (SVS) used for shipboard communications by the US Navy. They desired an updated and fully 3D version that would still be completely browser-based.

Our Solution: Our development staff worked with our client to preserve all existing material while simultaneously updating the visual presentation by creating a realistic 3D environment. This level 3 IMI allowed soldiers to run through both scenario-based and open ended diagnostic and maintenance simulations utilizing representations of tools actually used in the field.
